Good reads for Grade 6 students: Poetry anthologies

This LibGuide contains suggestions for reading in different genres. These are just some recommendations from the many books in the UWCSEA library, but may help you with authors or types of books you would like to read.

Poetry anthologies

Anthologies are collections of poetry, generally including poems by various authors. Sometimes the anthologies are on a theme, or they might be 'classic' or general collections.

As well as these suggestions, you can also look in the library collection for poetry anthologies, which are shelved at the call number 821.008. Poetry anthologies are shelved as part of the non-fiction shelving sequence in the library, so they have a number on the spine. In some countries, this is referred to as the 'call number'.
