The International Children's Digital Library is a free online library that will allow you to read children's books in 59 different languages. The ICDL Foundation's goal is to "build a collection of books that represents outstanding historical and contemporary books from throughout the world."

Forvo is an online pronunciation guide to all the words in the world provided by native speakers.

LibriVox provides free audiobooks from the public domain. There are several options for listening. Currently available for a wide variety of world languages from Acehnese to Yiddish.

Omniglot provides access to information about writing systems, languages, and links to language learning resources.
