Catherine Carvell grew up in Australia. She is currently living in Singapore. Her book, Darcy Moon and the Deep-Fried Frogs, has been shortlisted in the Younger Readers division of the Singapore Red Dot Awards 2016-17 Darcy Moon and the Deep-Fried Frogs is available from the library in both hard copy and as an eBook Grade 2 is looking forward to Catherine visiting them in November. Catherine will also be hosting a Literary Lunch for the Primary reading Ambassadors. Catherine's visit will be a wonderful opportunity for students to learn what motivates an author, how characters are developed and about the writing process. |
