Using the 651 to show where a story takes place. Only relevant for realistic settings and for others obviously set in a particular country.
e.g The Hunger Games would not need a setting, however Run, Seek, Hide is obviously a dystopian novel set in Singapore
There should not be any need for anything else in the 651 tag
