EE files are stored in Turn It In: can get password from the IB Coordinator. The files are in the Expired Classes tab. Look for the set that were due in April. Many of the file names have the word "Final Draft" or "Final Submission" in the title. Download the files as PDFs.

Transfer EE files to the eastlibrary@ google drive. There is a main folder called Extended Essay Resources. Create a new sub-folder for each year. The folder naming protocol is YEAR Extended Essays East; for example, 2014 Extended Essays East. The sharing protocol is; anyone with the link can find and view only. The file naming protocol is: EE - SUBJECT - LASTNAME GIVENNAME YEAR.pdf

Open the EE file in google drive. In Destiny, bring up a previous similar record and use Duplicate Record to create the new records. For each subject, check to see what Call Numbers have been used in the past and duplicate those, and check to see what Subject Headings have been used and duplicate those. Use Easy Editor to create the record.
