As you know, databases can offer electronic access to full-text articles from reputable educational/academic journals and periodicals.
You can search databases to which UWCSEA subscribes. Open the College Portal, go to Learning Links (at the bottom of the page), then select Reference Sites.
Now you can scroll down to:
ASCD (Association of Supervision and Curriculum Development). This website provides access to the ASCD resources, including their journal Educational Leadership.
NCTE (National Council of Teachers of English). This provides online access to the journal of NCTE.
JSTOR database. This is a general academic database that includes educational journals.
In addition, if you're a member of the NBL for Singapore, you can access the EBSCO MAS Ultra database, which will give you interesting results.
This group would suit those who wish to improve their knowledge and skills in PSE.
Depending on which aspects/direction the group takes, there will be books for teachers, students and parents on different aspects of PSE. Once these have been decided, please consult the catalog of the library and/or ask ATi. Thank you.
